Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 October 2026 · Version: 1.2 (pre-launch)

FranchiseKholo has not launched yet. This policy covers this pre-launch website and its three sign-up forms. When the full platform launches, a full privacy policy will replace this one, and we will tell everyone on our lists before it applies to them.

1. Who we are

FranchiseKholo is run by FranchiseKholo LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ADB-6829), with its registered office in Nagpur, Maharashtra. We decide how the data you give us is used, so we are the "Data Fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What we collect, and why

We do not ask for card numbers, bank details, passwords or identity documents on these forms.

By submitting a form (and, on our backup forms, ticking the consent box), you agree to us using your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by emailing us (section 8). We will then remove you from our lists.

4. Who sees your data

  • Our team at FranchiseKholo LLP, to review your submission and contact you.
  • Service providers that run our forms and website for us: Supabase (stores form submissions, on servers in Mumbai, India), Cloudflare Turnstile (checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting a form), Vercel (website hosting), and Jotform and Google Forms (our backup forms). They store or process data on our behalf, and some of them store it on servers outside India, which Indian law permits.
  • Authorities, only when Indian law requires it, such as a court order.

We do not sell your data. We will not share an investor's details with any franchise brand, or publish a franchisor's details as a listing, without asking you first.

5. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for bots, which Cloudflare runs under its own privacy policy. Our backup forms are hosted by Jotform and Google, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your submission until we launch and for up to 2 years after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you then create an account on the full platform, the full privacy policy will apply to that account.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you
  • correct or update it
  • delete it
  • stop using it (withdraw consent)
  • name someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to

Email us from the address or number you used on the form. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we aim to respond within 15 days.

8. Grievance Officer

If you have a question or complaint about your data, contact our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

9. Age

This website and its forms are only for people aged 18 or above.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. This policy will be replaced by the full platform privacy policy at launch.
