1. About this site
This website is run by FranchiseKholo LLP (LLPIN ADB-6829), with its registered office in Nagpur, Maharashtra. FranchiseKholo has not launched yet. This site collects waitlist and interest sign-ups. When the full platform launches, its full Terms of Use will replace these.
2. No advice, no guarantee
Information on this site is general information about FranchiseKholo and franchising. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. We do not guarantee that any franchise will be profitable or that any deal will happen. Joining a waitlist or submitting a form creates no obligation for you or for us.
3. Founding partner offer
- The first 10 franchisor brands we confirm as founding partners get our Basic plan free for 6 months from the date their listing goes live.
- Spots are confirmed in the order forms are received, and only after the brand passes our verification. A spot is reserved only when we confirm it to you in writing.
- We may decline any brand, for example if it fails verification or is outside our focus on FOFO food and beverage brands in Bengaluru.
- The offer ends when 10 spots are confirmed.
- Listing on FranchiseKholo will be governed by our Franchisor Terms, including a success fee on franchise deals closed through FranchiseKholo. We will share those terms with you before your listing goes live, and you are free to decline.
4. What you submit
The information you submit must be accurate. If you submit details for a brand, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
5. Our content
The FranchiseKholo name, logo and the content of this site belong to FranchiseKholo LLP. Please don't copy them without our permission.
6. Liability
This site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on information on this site.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
